Are you looking for a savior? The • Tenth • Doctor Gallifreyan | 900+ Years Old | Time Lord | TARDIS Thief | Throughout his various generations the Doctor has been known for his arrogance, and as cheerful and playful as Ten is, he is not exempt from this rule of thumb either. He has moments where he considers himself superior to other beings and even moments where he goes too far in his temper, his pride, than he has any right to.
The Time Lord victorious is perhaps his darkest moment, when he went against a fixed point in time primarily to prove to himself that it could be done, that he could in fact exert that much control over time itself. Once again Donna's words about needing someone to tell him when to stop came into play - and thankfully the human involved was able to rewrite what he had done, forcing Ten into learning a very hard lesson.
All darker aspects aside however, Ten does have a very upbeat personality. While it is true that a lot of his happy nature is a front to hide how lonely and prone to temper he truly is, the fact of the matter is this is a Doctor who knows how to have fun. He speaks a mile a minute, is utterly brilliant, and has a reckless streak a mile wide - unless its one of his companions. He's pretty protective of them. Himself though - eh, not so much.
[/blockquote][/blockquote] Well you're chasing a dream.

O.O
The Doctor isn't very hard to befriend, as he tends to run around and pick them up like stray puppies. Or wait, is that companions - well, companions are friends anyway, so that's fine. Chances are if you meet him and aren't planning on killing anything any time soon, he'll like you well enough.

Alright, lets be perfectly blunt here. If your objective has anything to do with killing people, chances are the Doctor isn't going to like you very much. Actually, lets be even more blunt. Chances are, you are going to lose.
[/blockquote][/blockquote] So lets seal this fate.

While I'm sure you'd just love to know all about it, I'm afraid you're not quite ready for any lessons in Gallifreyan reproduction. Oh, wait, that's not what you wanted to know? Well, too bad either way, because spoilers are spoilers, and River the Doctor takes those very seriously.

We know these two have to meet. The question is how and where. I know Amy's gonna be just gonna keep saying he really isn't the Doctor, or rather her Doctor. Kind of how she treated Ganger!Doctor. But what exactly are these two gonna do? Mischief, talkies, or...whatever else there is.

Well, I was bouncing some ideas around in my head since Elevenie first said you would be joining us, and even more since some of the more recent episodes of Doctor Who. I was thinking it would be interesting if he met her (and possibly Rory) shortly after the God Complex, when they first got dropped off by the Doctor and 'saved'. Because one of the Eleven Meets Ten ideas was Ten kicking a hole in time and space in order to get to his older self who is all alone in the TARDIS, and my idea for Amy sort of spawns from that one. What if, knowing his future self is alone in the TARDIS, he tries to kick his way over to him and instead ends up where the Doctor left Amy and Rory? Leaving him with the ex-companions of his older self and, oh, I don't know, some crises or other, because its not the Doctor if there isn't running involved. XD

that sounds like it'd be pretty awesome. And since at the time Amy is convinced the Doctor is going to die and such she'll be wanting to tell this version of himself about it. Oh and if/when he finds out about River being their kid. But anyway, it's gonna be hard for Amy cause he won't know her at all. I'm trying to think up what kind of crisis they can get in cause you're completely right about the running. Would the Doctor ask them to go on an adventure or do you think Amy would have to like demand or force her way aboard in some respect.

Oh, these two definitely have to meet. If we're breaking all the rules of space and time and things that are supposed to happen... technically I'm playing her from the VERY end of the Wedding of River Song, where she's gone to see Amy. So she's just climbed out of the Byzantium. Which means everything that's happened to her, we've seen, sans library.
If she runs into him and he hardly knows who she is, that's not going to be a fun time for her at first. But she'll get over it. AND if you're playing him from after the library, that's a whole load of guilt for time boy to deal with.
Any ideas?

Well, I can see himself being typical Ten if she does tell him his older self is about to die. A good handful of what and a definite 'No.' to that impossibility XD He still knows next to nothing about River Song - only that she is someone important to him, or will be, and time is wonderfully confusing sometimes. It will be interesting for Ten though, because its a companion, but its NOT his companion, but it IS, and oh, there goes time being confusing again...
I say we have some Daleks party over, simply because Daleks are adorable a familiar Doctor enemy and they provide a reason to break in the new converse run like the wind. And I think it could be almost a mix of both, where he wants to invite her along, but isn't sure if he should because well, she's not HIS companion and he's sort of doing the alone in the TARDIS thing himself right now anyway - and of course, Amy's weakened man senses tingle determination to go along would pretty much be his deciding factor.
WOO RIVER SONG EDITS
Ah, yes I am playing Ten from the point in between The Waters of Mars and The End of Time, so he has been to the library, has met River and of course is, as I said, unaware totally of who she is, but knows she is important to him - rather that she becomes so - and guilt is a very familiar friend there.
I would love for these two to meet, and have some adventures as well. To be honest I hadn't gotten too far on plots for River Song and Ten, because I was all O.O about the episodes with Eleven. XD Speaking of, i do know Eleven has some ideas for River Song and Xyrapheriel (And Amy, and Rory, but come on, when doesn't Eleven have all the awesome answers?) But that still doesn't help on the Ten front.
