Her absent-minded eyes

Eirawen is a gentle woman who will pour her heart and soul into everything she does, but she is also a woman who has been deeply scarred and wounded by cruelty and crassness.
She bears herself with independence and pride, but her heart is wounded and her confidence deeply shaken, thus making her a bit timid and actively shy when it comes to meeting other people - particularly men.
Eirawen will stop at nothing to help others and protect the ones she loves, but the truth is she is not a powerful woman. Her greatest gift lies in healing, and that is a strength that can only assist after an injury has been made.
Deeply tied to the values of her family, Eirawen believes in the Laws of the Healers as placed down centuries ago, many of which have long been deemed archaic in nature but which the Rohana family upholds. It is against the laws of Healers to cause harm - not only to patients, but to anyone - and as such as a Rohana you are either a Healer or a Warrior. You cannot be both.
As Eirawen's magic always tended to the Healing arts and her natural magic all but forced her to that path, she was never much of a fighter. That was not to say she couldn't if she had to - before Connor, Eirawen was a confident woman who remembered the loophole of Healer Canonic Law - Healers were meant to be elderly.
Eirawen once fought to defend herself and her family when needed - but Connor stole from her the ability and the strength to fight, leaving her weak and cowering meekly behind a law that says she can hurt nobody in order to defend her reasons for never protecting herself from harm.
Kept me wondering for so long

She has worked at Hogwarts for two years and is very familiar with most accident and illness prone children, though she has miraculously managed to avoid all her fellow staff mates, citing her apprenticeship as a reason to flee them. Poppy has taken this excuse from her, so its time for her to get to know the fellow staff as well. She's not as shy as you would expect - so long as you aren't charismatically male, that is.

How this thing could go wrong
[/blockquote][/blockquote]E • N • E • M • I • E • SIt truly is rather difficult to make an enemy of Eirawen, as she tends to be a very forgiving and gentle person. However, she does not take kindly to those who attack her family and loved ones - and she is not very fond of Death Eaters, as that lot killed a good portion of her family, the tossers.

This true love falls apart
[/blockquote][/blockquote]L • O • V • E • R • SWest destroyed Eirawen's ability to be confident around men, especially if they happen to be attractive or even remotely charismatic. He essentially taught Eirawen that the sweeter a good looking man is to you, the more he is going to hurt you. As a result of this, she will avoid any man she finds attractive simply out of the fear for falling for him and going through what she suffered with West. If said man also happens to be charismatic and even remotely interested in her, she will be even more terrified. It will take a very patient and determined man to convince her it is safe to be in his presence, let alone that it is safe to trust and love him. He's out there though, surely. He must be.
