Nonsense hardly even registered with Sirius anymore, the last few weeks had been so... improbable. That was rather the understatement, actually. Between waking up from the dead and running around Germany and then meeting (and developing a sort of hatred for) Cole's girlfriend and then finding out that his best friend had been off killing death eaters and endangering his life without him, the sudden switch of locations was hardly something that Sirius even noticed, let alone was concerned about. He must have been sort of wrapped up in something he was thinking, but he'd lost it after he and Cole... I suppose you could say poofed. It wasn't unlike apparating, the sudden pop; and then Sirius found himself staring out into the ocean. Ocean. Rock. Sand... Black, hot sand. Wait? Sirius blinked and turned to Cole. "You know, you could have told me if you wanted to vacation on some island." He looked over the empty beach, unable to imagine anything urgent they had to do here. Couldn't possibly be. The type they were after didn't rendezvous at popular vacation spots. It would be nice if they did though. Of course, this place wasn't actually that nice- unless maybe you were a fan of tropical deserts (Did those even exist?). Heat radiated thickly from a volcano that seemed a little too close to them to offer any sort of comfort. "I'd have probably recommended something a little less, um, explosive, though." He noticed with disdain something of it had burned part of his blazer, rock or something, presumably when they... landed? Did they land? No; he couldn't quite remember how they'd gotten here. And he noticed that there was an absence of Cole's other half, or well, third you could say-- the three of them had become quite something lately. "And.. where's Iris?" The situation seemed to have only gone from odd to stranger. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ » b.l.a.r.g.h « tagged » - - - - - -cole 339- - - - - « words lyrics » - - - - - - bon jovi my amazing elevenie - - - - - - « credit |
